Enjoy our seasonal set menu or fresh plates featuring ethical produce from quality local growers, fishers and farmers.
Think native angasi oysters, a changing repertoire of handmade pasta, pristine seafood from the Southern Ocean is a feature and salumi from the berkel slicer. An interest in alpine food traditions like pickling, fermenting, smoking and curing drives our spirit of exploration.

A top mixologist will show you how to tailor the perfect martini and its variations. Whether its shaken or stirred, super dry, dirty or with a twist, you will be mixing it like a pro in no time.
